Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India with free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched — no phone calls needed. Go to our Order Help page, enter the mobile number you ordered with, and cancel in one click. If the order was prepaid, your refund reaches you within 5–7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with items missing. Raise the request from our Order Helppage — pick the order, tell us what went wrong (photos help speed things up), and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days — to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or by UPI/bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order — your name, contact details and shipping address. We never sell your personal data.
